Cons: "The was a lot of profanity used by the attendants that was not necessary. Secondly I reserved a front row seat in online check in, but it did not allow put mean in that seat. Which if they were full would be understandable, but every single one was empty."
Cons: "I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued."

Cons: "Requested an aisle seat at the front or an emergency seat and got neither. I could hardly move my long legs. That the flight was long did not help matters. I was sandwiched between two other travelers on a three-seater arrangement. Again, is it just on flights to Kenya or other African countries that passengers DO NOT receive the travel pouch?"

Cons: "The plane was old and tatty I booked a window seat to actually get the window seat with no window. I had just come off another Emirates flight but this was old tatty plane, the seating squashed. The plane was delayed on the runway for around 40 mins but no announcement made, the stewards were unresponsive when people pressed the buzzer."

Cons: "We are a little hard of hearing. It was hard to hear the attendant when giving directions over the intercom. The speech was garbled and directions spoken too fast. I am not referring to the safety speech. Recommend slowing down so that we have more time to process what was spoken."

Pros: "I like the professional approach of the airline and the staff. Seats are really comfortable and i did not need my sleeping pillow at all as the headrest of my seat was already so comfortable."
Cons: "There is not much which i did not like about this airline. Just like other airlines, now have started feeling that Economy class travellers are being approached with bit biased approach in hospitality though they have major contribution in meeting flight running expenses. All airlines should start considering this fact and improve the overall approach."
Pros: "Virgin Atlantic offers good service at a reasonable price to/from the US to London. Good food service and unbelieveable number of movies and entertainment to choose from."
Cons: "The seating and leg room in economy classic were inadequate. We felt way too confined in our seats and the leg room was a joke. I am only 6' tall and this was unacceptable. We will try to upgrade for the return trip."

Cons: "I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg."

The diagram I had looked at before picking a seat made it look like that would not be a problem but when others are laying flat there is no other choice but to climb over hoping not to fall over them or wake them up"

Maybe London airport problem, but both flights from London (at the start of holiday and at the end) were delayed. Nearly missed my connecting flight to NZ. Overall: Resent experience with BA and London Heathrow airport was to the extend that my future travel won't be with BA nor through London airport."

Cons: "There was a medical emergency on board, so bathrooms did not get the necessary attention. Had to ask for toilet paper for two different bathrooms. Transferring to this flight as a NIGHTMARE. The boarding gate was a long way from the arrival gate. Went through an endless maze. Went through two security check points. At both check points I was sent for pat down. At the first there were five other women who were waiting for pat down. All white women. Discrimination???? At the second security, I had not even passed through the detector and the officer was waving me to get a pat down. At that point I started laughing. Next automated preclearance for immigration, then had to wait in line to talk to immigration officer. It is a miracle that I made it to the flight on time. Passport and boarding pass checked minimum of 6 times in this process. On arrival in Los Angeles, there was a bus ride to the terminal for luggage pick up. My husband was at the terminal I normally come to, I had no way to contact him (Indian sim), no change for pay phone. A fellow passenger was merciful and let me use her phone send husband messages and eventually we met up. I would not use Eithad for India to USA for this reason only. The security and immigration preclearance sucks."

Pros: "We reached airport at 6:45 PM for our flight at 10PM and there were only two counters open and the staff was extremely slow in helping. There was no duty manager at site which explains how poor the service is despite this was checkin for internal flight. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes by the time we got boarding passes and cleared security. Terrible terrible terrible service and I would never ever wish to fly air India again in the future"
