I booked a hotel thru Priceline and I don't know why the reservation was showing my first and middle name initials and my last name. They helped me with the Hilton to correct my first name with no problems. This wasn't a big deal because my initials actually are correct but my first name, middle initial, and last name show on the card and I wanted to avoid any issues at the front desk. Thank you Eric for helping me, employee #** you helped me with this one!

I typically book directly with a preferred company, but it was Thanksgiving weekend and prices were out of control. I checked Priceline and decided to give it a try. I used Priceline to book a car rental with National and found a great deal that was half the price I found with National directly. I had zero issues. After paying through Priceline and reading the fine print about No Changes/No Cancels/No Refunds, I checked my booking on the National site and all my info was there. When I arrived at my destination, check-in was fine. After returning the car a few days later, I got a receipt from National and an email from Priceline. All good! I would use Priceline again.

I know my Title sounds like a Spammy McTrollbot, but Priceline is actually really fast and easy to use. I promise you i'm not a robot. It is the go to app I use for my Touring business and helping my business when I'm short on cars. It's easy to differentiate from different companies and offers. So I'm sending nice totally not robotic review here honestly in hopes that I stop receiving the email surveys about how great the experience was. It was great all times. A few times I had to wait for cars for an hour or more, but that was the car company's and that's not Priceline's fault. They are just the messenger. I even checked I'm not a robot at the bottom of the submission page. Blake

I allowed Priceline to book a room for me to get a discount. I gave them my preferences, and told them what I was looking for and the area. They booked a room 15 miles from my preferred area, I didn't get a discount. I never finished with the booking, but they booked it without my knowledge. I didn't know the room had been booked, so I booked one myself. I didn't know until I looked at my bank account. I asked for oceanfront and was placed across the street from the ocean. We were on a motorcycle and the resort didn't allow motorcycles. We were gonna have to pay another 100.00 for oceanfront which is what I asked for. This was a very costly, and miserable trip, and it was all because of Priceline. They refuse to refund my money as well! BEWARE OF PRICELINE!!!!

I booked with Priceline website for a trip to Maui Eldorado Kaanapali By Outrigger 11/12/22 - 11/20/22. Due to family emergency, I needed to cancel it. I got full refund for air ticket but I got charged 2 nights fees by hotel. As soon as I noticed that, I called priceline customer service about refund. I had to talk with 4-5 representatives. I knew that my problem was not easy to solve so I got transferred to senior customer representatives 2 times. I thought that I might not get back my full refund but luckily I got full refund back due to Priceline customer service. I really appreciate senior staffs who helped me. For future, I will book all my trips with priceline only.

I rented a car through Priceline for a day in Miami. The car rental company was off site. It was not at the airport. The rental place was 4 guys running the business from a trailer. When I got there I got in line in the sun like everyone else. After an hour of waiting I made it inside the trailer. The man told me they had no more cars for anybody. When I asked how it was possible they didn’t have a car for me when I had a reservation. He told me that Priceline had overbooked them. I went back to the airport and called Priceline. I spoke to a rude representative who kept correcting the pronunciation of my name. She was no help. She informed me that it was Priceline’s policy to research what happened and that she couldn’t do anything and that the investigation would take 2 to 3 days to complete.
I told her that I was at the airport and had no transportation and that I was now on my own even though I had prepaid the reservation and Priceline refused to give me a refund. It has been an entire week since the issue and no one from Priceline has reached out to me. Do not ever use Priceline for anything! They are a third party company who will take your money and if something goes wrong they will not help you in any way and will not refund your money. Stay away!

I purchased a ticket and purchased trip insurance which allows me to cancel if something comes up, or so I thought. I had a death in my family and had to cancel or at least receive a credit for the flight I book. When I tell you that each representative I called would forward me and place me on hold I am not telling you enough. I was on hold for approximately 1 hour and 46 minutes. I started to feel like Phoebe on Friends holding. I was already upset but they just wouldn't or couldn't help me. One representative told me to call United directly. United told me that since I brought it with Priceline they would have to cancel or reimburse. I called back and was told that the person answering didn't have "flight" experience and one guy answered and told me that he would have to call the airline. I reread the itiniery and it stated that I could change the ticket but I am afraid that I end up buying another ticket and getting robbed.
I will NEVER buy from Priceline again. The flight is tomorrow and they basically are saying "Eat it". No one helped me. Before I wrote this I even tried their chat and it was a bot and it kept asking the same questions. The people are all very polite and apologize for your horrible experience but then they forward your call to someone else and you are stuck in a vicious circle. My God. I need my money back or a ticket for a later date and I paid for that. Priceline, you need to do better. People don't have money to throw away. I'll drive first in the future.

Priceline made an error on the car pick-up location, and I was charged for their error. They apologized and said that due to their non-refund policy, they were unable to assist. Unethical and very poor customer service. I advise that no one book through Priceline.

Tried to get a car in Merida, Mexico. When Priceline sold it, all looked good, until I tried to get it from the rental company. It turned out, besides not existing at the airport, when I finally found them 1 km away from the airport, I had to purchase an additional insurance. I refused, obviously along with the car. Now it is impossible to get the money back because "I had to cancel 24 hours prior to getting to know that". Ridiculous. My loss - $1400.

I booked yesterday. Got to front desk. Said card used by Agoda and Priceline declined the card. I had to pay with different card. Now there is two charges. I talked to Agoda. No luck. Very incompetent. Then today chatting with Priceline go nowhere. First they find me within 2 seconds loss me. Wasted $ on two credit cards and time wasted through customer service on both. I want my money back.. Never again. I will only use Booking.com.
