<p>The U.K.'s Post Office has published its <a href="https://www.postoffice.co.uk/dam/jcr:6f504867-b5f7-4080-bac9-560196e9ef9f/post-office-travel-money-city-costs-barometer-2019.pdf" target="_blank">2019 City Costs Barometer</a>, revealing <a href="https://www.travelpulse.com/destinations/europe" target="_self">Europe</a>'s most affordable destinations based on travel costs such as hotel stays, dining and attractions. Total costs do not include airfare, however. While coveted cities such as Reykjavik, Amsterdam and Copenhagen rank among the most expensive places to visit, the continent is loaded with wallet-friendly destinations. Here are the 20 most affordable right now.</p>
